Are they any good items to merchant/flip?

I have 9 mil and I'm trying to do rune (t) sets

I have taken up flipping recently and have noticed that limited supply items have large margins. For example 150k margins on Vecna skulls and 400k margins on Visages. Sometimes I get lucky and manage a 100k flip/item on some GWD drops, but that's hit or miss.
