Error with S.M.A.R.T/Simba

Whenever I load up a script using simba it loads up, chooses a world to log in to and then nothing happens, when I cancel the script this pops up:
The following DTMs were not freed: [SRL - Lamp bitmap, 1]
The following bitmaps were not freed: [SRL - Mod bitmap, SRL - Admin bitmap]
How do I fix this?

What script are you using? Don't worry about the not freed bits, it doesn't affect your script.

Hmm, not sure where the problem could occur, are you standing near a tree, and can you tell me anything about the red dot moving across the screen?

Hemdal

No, the game doesn't load up, nothing happens.

Yeah, I replied on git yesterday… I really don't know what would be causing it, other than your hooks might be outdated (though it should give warnings about it). Download http://reflection.harry.lu/Hooks.simba and throw it into your C:/Simba/Includes/Reflection/core/Hooks.simba file. If that doesn't help, I honestly have no idea. If it logs in properly, then does nothing, it's really weird. How long did you wait after it logging in? The errors can be ignored though, they are just warnings.

Nope, didn't work…

Run the code below and tell me if you see a red dot moving, if it moves then you're srl/simba is all good.

{$DEFINE SMART}
{.include SRL/SRL.scar}
{.include Reflection/Reflection.scar}

procedure DeclarePlayers;
begin
HowManyPlayers := 1;
CurrentPlayer := 0;
NumberOfPlayers(HowManyPlayers);

with Players[0] do
begin
Name := 'Username'; //<-----type your username inside the quotes
Pass := 'Password'; //<-----type your password inside the quotes
Active := True;
end;
end;

procedure MainLoop;
begin
LogInPlayer;
MMouse(200, 200, 5, 5);
MMouse(100, 200, 5, 5);
MMouse(200, 300, 5, 5);
writeln(GetMyPos);
end;

begin
Smart_Members := false;
Smart_Server := 123;
Smart_Signed := true;
Smart_SuperDetail := false;
SetupSRL;
SetupReflectionEx(True);
MouseSpeed := 13;
DeclarePlayers;
MainLoop;
end.

This message pops up now
Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'Reflection/Reflection.scar' used from ''

Everything is updated I might add.

You don't got reflection installed, at least, that is what the message says.

Hemdal

I do, "No Reflection update available."

Harry

Kong goofed up. Change Reflection.scar to Reflection.simba and try again.

Hemdal

2011-06-18 07:46:51

This…is weird… the reflection is already named Reflection.simba…

If the file is in Includes->Reflection

Harry means in the script that KingKong posted above. Here:
{$DEFINE SMART}
{.include SRL/SRL.scar}
{.include Reflection/Reflection.simba} //This said Reflection.scar

procedure DeclarePlayers;
begin
HowManyPlayers := 1;
CurrentPlayer := 0;
NumberOfPlayers(HowManyPlayers);

Thanks, fixed it!

Al-right, checked but still the same problem shows up, java doesn't load and nothing happens, and when I cancel the same message pops up.

Rich

Since I don't know what the problem could be, I'd just recommend a complete re-install of Simba/SRL/Reflection. That usually sorts out any problems.

Check your java install. :)

Welp, this message pops up now on my second bot (same script)

Exception in Script: Too many nested include files while processing 'SRL/SRL.scar' from 'C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/core/simba.simba'

Another thing is to make sure if you are using windows vista or 7 is to right click and open simba as admin. A complete re-install like rich said can help in some cases.

Just restart the script, that happens to me as well sometimes.

If it still doesn't work, open your web browser, go to www.runescape.com, click play game and the client will load, after you get to the login screen, close your browser and try to run the script again.

Sometimes runescape needs to be updated

Hemdal

2011-06-20 07:57:40

Well god dammit, now I can't update SRL or Reflection
I keep getting this error
Reflection Update ERROR: Couldn't extract the tar archive.
and vice versa for SRL…

Your pc is cursed ;), but that error pops up in windows 7 if I forget to run it as admin. I've no idea how to solve it in xp though… Maybe empty the include folder, and then update?

Hemdal

2011-06-20 08:13:43

Okay I fixed the update problem but now I'm back on square one, no java loading, no messages and just an error report when cancel

Jakkle

Are you using the admin account on the pc (Main account) ? Or are you using the computer as a secondry user ? Maybe you do not have the permissions to do things on the pc/laptop your on.

Edit:Best thing to do is install to desktop (Fresh install), see how that goes
