Well EVERYTIME rs updates I get the stupid error starting smart ensure the target has an applet decleration. I go through this EVERY time rs updates. But this time I can't get it to work. ANd trust me I've searched and done everything I have found in the searches… Why does this happen to me EVERY update.

do you go on runescape via the actual internet first? i have that every so often, perhaps everytime but i like to update direct from from RS before i load smart each time

Every time this has happened to me, the only way I have fixed it is per mat_de_b's suggestion. Load RS from a web browser and allow it to update, after that Smart works fine.

Don't worry I know about all that stuff. Changing world to 121, loading rs, reinstalled everything. everything that the searches tell you to do, I've done. I've made sure the world ive used wasn't offline.If anyone has any other ideas on how to get it to work let me know.
