Access violation compiling all scripts in 3.23

For some reason in 3.25, a certain webpage I try to fetch with GetPage or GetHTTPPage always returns back 505 http error. So I figured I always used the script in the past with 3.23… and when I try to even run any script in 3.23 now, I get an access violation..

Even with the most simplistic script like:

program New;
begin
end.

The site I am trying to fetch with GetPage is 'www.reverbnation.com'

I can load it fine on any browser, but scar refuses to load it. I would use simba, but my complex script is made in scar and I don't feel like modifying each part of it.

Why would an access violation be caused with any script in 3.23? And No I have not tried to reinstall it because I am using the SVN version, which does not install in the first place. This used to work in the past but something must of changed about my computer to mess it up. Though I am unsure of what could have happened. Thank you for any info you may have!

I'm not really sure if this would cause your problem, but did the permissions on your SCAR folder somehow change recently?

Could be your plugins messing up. Try reinstalling them?

I'm sure someone could make it work with Simba, SCAR, or a toaster if you really want. ;) Just post the script.

He's saying even this is not working.
program _;
begin
end.

I know, but he also said that GetPage was giving a 505 error with 3.25, and Simba doesn't give a 505 error for the URL he posted.

Probably something simple like Windows being stupid is the problem for 3.23 giving an access violation.
