don't mean to rain on your parade… but 20m is a bit steep for someone with 70 defense…
I mean its SO easy once your defense is that high!

Also, not having done it for anyone yet i'd suggest you offer a few cheap/free ones.
Also, maybe a JAD only option?
EDIT I see you wrote your willing to kill JAD free, but it's not really obviously listed.

Thanks for the feedback, as I'm entirely new to this. Still trying to figure out how I should set up the OP. :p

Pic is my most recent since I've been thinking about doing this. This was for a friend. Good stats and items, but you can see I only used 1 brew through the whole caves.

As far as prices go, they may be a little steep, but I think I'm pretty fixed upon them. Might lower them if I get enough complaints/more people interested.

edit* will definitely lower prices if there's a few people interested.

That healer update is bullshit. I did Jad a week ago and couldn't notice a difference with him compared to when I did him three years ago.

What have they done to the healers?

"An invisible update made it so that the healers heal Jad even if they are attacking you. A lot of players found this out the hard way and were killed, so now a common practice has been to kill the healers as soon as they appear, assuming Jad is still under full health."

I didn't really notice much different with the healers, to me it looks like the "healing" animation shows up, but they're not actually healing him. I still attacked them a second time just to be safe.

Check the vid of your own cape. I just trapped the healers and it didn't matter. It's probably some noob who forgot to attack all the healers.

The only update that really matters for pures is the Runetek 5 update which removed the spot for trapping small monsters (Uaex On Fire used it), but that one doesn't affect Jad.

footballjds: quit the FUD or just tell me what updated, because I haven't noticed anything the past 4 times I did Jad after supposed update. Wikia is probably wrong and/or they are.


Ontopic: good luck with your sales, feel free to 'steal' some of my customers :) They still want them capes.

aww c'mon man, chill ;)

in the past you could attack all healers and just let them attack you while you kill JAD. now healers will heal jad if they're within 1 square(attacking) you.
if the healers are targeting you but not attacking(not touching you) then they don't heal jad. trust me it's different then before… I've done firecapes both before and after the hidden update.

I'll be there soon ;) Won't be able to straight away, as I lost a large amount of money after being "hacked" quite recently, so don't have any gear at all, and I don't have enough spare cash to afford any more.

Lowered prices extremely low and edited first post, reason being I have nothing to do. :p Also I'm botting dungeoneering on my main and I will be for the next month or so… SO I want some sort of income from somewhere.

if he has blood blitz you should be able to do it fairly cheaply(fairly…).
Otherwise you'll need to use sweets.

No discounts, it'll take me about 24 hours (not going to do it in one sitting), and you can pay me after I get you the cape, so no MM needed, unless you don't trust yourself? :p

Lol okay, but I'm just saying Markus is giving you competition. He's way more known and if you lower your prices or give like the first 2 or 3 people free, or half off, they'd come here more. And maybe charge the same for pures and mains. Business is all strategy, you find the people who sell most but don't get the most profit make more money, because cheap or less pricing is what they want. I'm just saying but up to you, Right now I'm 30 range.

I know what you're trying to say, I like to think the advantage to using me is that you'll get your cape within a couple days, rather than being added to Markus' waiting list.
