SRL Archive - FAQ

Every time I try to run a script it says:

Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'SRL\SRL.scar' used from ''

Please help. :(

Do you have SRL?

It gives me that error sometimes too. It's trying to load a directory with forward slashes instead of backward slashes sometimes xD.

You need to download SRL. Go to View, Extensions, and enable SRL.sex (might as well enable them all). Then on the SRL tab at the top of Simba, press Check for updates.

I already have that though. Been using it just fine, but past couple days it keeps trying to load SRL from C:\Whatever/Whatever/Whatever\SRL.scar

It's doing the slashes wrong.

can you tell us what script you are using? just to see if we can recreate this and fix it

Harrys woodcutter. It's broke right now because of reflection hooks being out of date or something, though. Also, it does it kinda rarely (mostly seems to do it when you stop a script, then start it again after a little bit if I remember right), so it'll probably be kind of hard to replicate.

i would just close simba and restart it then wait a bit then start the script. no idea whats causing that
