i just started making some accounts and i didnt have to do tutorial at all. i just started in explorer jacks house.

Home teleport delay was removed a while ago.
The tutorial quest was removed last update. Dunno if it was intentional, as there was nothing in the news post about it.
Though the change is pretty Unstable (hurk hurk hurk..), and if using fixed client it does dumb stuff like this:

No more tut island?! That's the only reason I couldn't be assed to get an army going…

Where can I find an account creator?
It's still too much hassle to me to make an army on my own even without that tutorial thing.
But I bet an account creator is not hard now, is it?

I'm really not surprised as the tutorial had nothing to do with the game really. It showed you how to destroy a cave, and mine/woodcut.
The old tutorial island made you mine, smith, woodcut, firemake, fish, cook (you would automatically burn the first), fight, range, mage, it explained prayer, the wilderness, quests, how to "make money", etc.

I remember actually liking the old tutorial island the first time. Years years ago. Hahhh, fun times. Too bad the second time it was already boring. HOWEVER as the same thing happens with everything within the game(everything being boring after 1st time) it was kind of good.
