Added a setup var to only print the short report as it can sometimes take a while to print the long report with a lot of players. Also added a failsafe in MSI_OpenBank to walk to the bank symbol if the bank can't be opened. Also got rid of some unused constants.
Small standards fix.
CTS wasn't getting reset in some situations.
