Hey hey, nice to see an older-ish user jump into the world of scripting and helping out the community! Great job and great effort on the script, I hope you had some fun making it?!

Unfortunately it's still quite basic and not up to the standards of a SRL Membership worthy script. You still have much more to learn, but I can see from this script that you do have it in you, and just need to work a bit harder and learn more techniques in order to make it. You just making that script alone is about 70% of the battle, now that you know all of the basics, just try looking at other applications/tutorials and implementing more advanced techniques into your script, keep adding onto and evolving it until it's good enough, I know you can do it! Good Luck.

You should copy and paste the script into the app.

I don't have much time to read it over right now, but I can instantly see all your static waits. That's not a good idea… You'll really want to randomize those and maybe use some more SRL object finding functions.

Hopefully you can patch it up more and make it more advanced. It isn't a bad first script, but I don't think it's good enough to get in to SRL Membs yet. Keep trying and improve it with what other people will say about it! Good luck!

Script is a bit too simple, there is no TPA's, bitmaps, colour walking, only FindColor to get the tree. Try to include some colour-based walking, it is good for when reflection hooks are outdated, your script wont rely on reflection stuff and will still work.

You don't need your own logging in and detecting when RS is ready procedure and stuff, there is all that in SRL. "If Not LoggedIn Then LoginPlayer"

Sorry, a no from me. It is just too simple.

Looks good but like most people have said, not up to member standards yet, for procedures use a capital letter for each new word e.g. ChopPortSarimTree instead of chopportsarimtree it makes it alot more readable.

when declaring variables don't declare them all on one line if there are that many
procedure piletre;
var
x,y,r,x3,y3,th,tm,ts:integer;treetype,bryter:boolean;timer:longint;

never declare 2 different data types on the same line, it looks very messy also leave a space after each comma.

procedure Piletre; //no idea what this says? is it pile tree?
var
x, y, r, x3, y3, th, tm, ts:integer;
treetype, bryter:boolean;
timer: longint;

Another thing is that the PileTre procedure is extremely long. if possible try to split it up into multiple procedures/functions

On the whole though it looks good, keep trying not many people get accepted first time :) no from me though

Id recommend using TPA's insted of findcolorspiraltolerance. Also your scripting standards just are not quite there yet. however this is a very promising looking script that could easily be made up to members standards.

Alright gonna change it to that.

Its piletre which is norwegian for willowtree.
var
x, y, r, x3, y3, th, tm, ts:integer;
treetype, bryter:boolean;
timer: longint;

that could be a little troublesome gonna see what i can do on that.

would it be yes if i had this ?

repeat
wait(900+random(100));
If Not LoggedIn Then LoginPlayer
until(LoggedIn)
Also looks seems like reflection walking works flawless so i think i wait until it get outdated before i add color walking.

I just explained in my previous post on why it isn't and why you should have colour walking as well as reflection walking

I know your script is already released, but I still prefer it if you don't update your script during the app process.

No for all aforementioned reasons. Sorry.

Yeah that's true, it took me 6 scripts before I decided to give members a shot.

As far as me voting goes, I haven't been member for that long so I don't think it's my place to vote in this.

Not with that attitude

Keep learning, take advice, try new things, and most of all ask for help when you need it
