Well it took me nearly 5 months to complete this account and it was well worth it. It wreaks havoc in the p2p wilderness that it's becoming funny.
Ancient curses:
You don't know how much pain I had to go through to do more than 40 quests to get turmoil. All the requirements and endless clicking -__-. But it's worth it. Soul Split is basically free food + Smite. Turmoil basically turns my 87 strength to 99 lol.

Chaotic Rapier:
2x more the pain of getting Curses. Dungeoneering is by far the most annoying and retarded skill to train. Also it's very hard. But it's worth it as well because chaotic weapons own. I'm hitting 440's like nothing at whip speed and I'm only 87 strength (with turmoil of course).

Price:
Go ahead and make your offer, but be advised 95 prayer costed me nearly 180m itself…

Don't want to be that guy but… Selling an account hardly gets you your money back that you spent on Membership/GeePees/purely the amount of time spent training the account.

If it's given as a gift or anything under personal (?) I think there are no fees.
I think a few other sections also don't have any fees, they tell you about any fees before you pay though, but I think you/you are both need verified for some no-fee options. Gift is always no fee though!
