I got mute banned from halo reach today and it's permanent.
Sure I can start a new account in July when my subscription ends, but wtf I have 1.2 million credits to spend and am already a Grade 2 General.
I didn't even do anything to deserve this, I just played enough where the rare mutes over a long period of time added up.
This is utter bullshit.

Don't talk so much shit. I got one muted before in like 8th grade, and now I only cuss people out if its like 100% required.

I hardly talk at all on there because rarely is anyone else even talking.
Their shitty algorithms probably don't divide the end score by total time it took to accumulate it. Even better that it is irreversible.
