Are there any scripts to complete quests?

If not, why hasn't anyone already done it?

If there are, why so few? (I searched, but it's 3:30AM and I didn't feel like looking through all the unrelated results)

There's Prince Ali Rescue.

Quest scripts only good for a 1-time use, so obviously they wouldn't be in such high demand as worker scripts.

AFAIK theres my Prince ali rescue one, and i think an outdated rune mysteries one(not sure on this one).

Well, like Flight said, they are only good for one time use, and need to be bug tested a lot. And if you mean why somebody hasn't done a quester for all quests, its because it takes a lot of time and effort and the result is hardly worth it. That said, you are more than willing to start one, im pretty sure people will help you if needed.

maybe we need a rune mysteries script. would be useful for an army

I agree, that would be a good script to have. I started in the past by gathering npc/object IDs and tiles for the walking, but I never got around to actually constructing the script.
