My account just got unbanned after 1 and 1/2 years of being banned. when it got banned it had a fury, zerker ring, gilded legs, whip, and about 2m (10m now) worth of pk supps. all that together now is worth about 30m and i originally payed 5m.
but. i cant log on to it because it has negative 3 dollars in credit.
if anybody send me 3 dollars to my paypal i will give you 5 mill when i my account back.

Yeah if you use illegitimately obtained pins or a credit card payment gets screwed up they 'lock' your account until you pay them back.

Sounds fishy.. How can a Runescape account have a -3$, while the costs are direct and if you don't pay up, you don't get anything.
Elaborate on the negative matter. Otherwise I'll deem this more as a scam attempt, then anything else.
Also, use screenshots to be more reliable.
EDIT: I should be less skeptical, I guess.

Pins can cost between £3.50 and £6.50 depending on your method of payment. The correct amount of these could lead to it, or something?

It happens. Say you use a charge card for rs membership then you buy more stuff. If the bank doesn't like your spending, they can negate the charges. Resulting in JaGeX asking for money because they gave you membership and after the fact of you receiving it, your bank got fed up with your careless spending.

yeah, sorry for not replying to this thread faster.
idk how it happened, i had a 3 mo card on it, it got banne dafte about having used the card for 2 months.
i guess somebody used my funorb acc? (and yes, the negative balance is on my funorb acc.)

what do you mean because of the bar?
well if you mean because that forum posting where you could suffer them to reroll your botted stats, then yes.

Yeah, Banned Account Reinstatement. Jagex unbanned you, but won't let you play until you pay.
Did you email them? They haven't got back to me in like a two months.
