The best that you'll get is goblins in lumby or goblins/minotaurs in that place the security stronghold :)

Does that give good XP? I thought sling failed.

My friend told me theres a resource dung for f2p players but it gets you +1 def.. His pure has 40 attack and 99 strength

uh the resouce dungeons got hill giants and lesser demons and no safe spots i think, so not a good place to train(xcept for hillies)

i have a 62 range pure 51 hp not been on it since i got mems 43 cb. i suggest going to lummy goblins with a sling or somewhat pretty much that high in 2 days on goblins that account has about 700k on it

Sorry got it wrong its you do The Blood Pact quest and you get Access to the Lumbridge Catacombs Dungeon.

Blood pact gets you 2 def, range, and magic. Do not want.
NCDS all food is gone already! Guards hit 1def hard! Bit apparently now when you die you spawn really close to death spot? I pretty much spawn right at guards after death :). Rsbot fighter doesn't seem to handle new death screen yet though.

Sling is pretty poor exp if you're not using range-boosting armour like green dhide.

i have a staker range/mage/2h pure 1 def and i got it longbowsight w/maple long, go to lessers/moss giants/hillies/minotaurs(highest diff to lowest diff) then pwn their ass(if not playing legit use irons)

Men in Edgeville can be pretty decent XP/hour if you find a world without too many people there, especially rangers.
I trained my strength pure there from 30-55 str and received approximatily 10k XP/hour.

Al Kharid Warriors are also good XP even though it's crowded.

Edit: Flesh Crawlers in the SE room is also good XP. Even though I'm eating two full inventorys/hour I still manage to get 24K XP/hour with 62 strength.

I assume monks don't work any more? Else go to monks, all 1 defs train there.

Monks is packed, even in Members theres people there

Pretty much everywhere is packed in f2p with a few exceptions(like lessers on karamja and top lvls of stronghold) with all the bloody bots.
