Well im back and better at scripting then ever before. If any one could point to links for the current simba and some tutorial for reflection and other tutorial. And some ideas?

There is Coh3n's Simba tutorial in the Scripting Tutorials section, and CStrike has a great tutorial on reflection in the Reflection tutorials section. All Simba releases can be found here. For scripting ideas, just check out the requests section.
