Hey, I'm starting to get active again though its pretty hard to find out whats going on.

It took me 2 weeks of playing before I found out the wild and free trade was back :duh:.

Anyway I have been considering investing in some rares, just cheap ones like the special rune armours. I notice that most rares (in F2P at least) I have looked at dropped heavily around the 11 of December last year.

Also I notice most special rune armours have started in increase in value, is this cause by something or is it not a serious trend.

So I was wondering, what happened here? Its really hard to find info on this though I must admit I was a little lazy.

What do you mean by the special rune armours? Like trimmed rune? Those aren't rares.

REAL rares are increasing because of hoarders.

11 of December is probably when they introduced new treasure trail items and made the current ones more common.

I wasn't just talking about armours, h'ween masks dropped almost 50%.

Oh ok, that explains the armour. But what about the h'ween masks?

Investing in rares like masks, santas, pumpkins, easter eggs, or whatever else is always a wise decision. They might drop quite a bit at one time but they will always increase dramatically over time, that's just basic statistics.
