There're plenty of good coal botting spots; I mean, even when the guild is that full, the few coal rocks right outside are completely open. It's just that most people are too lazy to find the really good spots. I almost feel like people should be put on a watch list as soon as they try to mine in the guild, since about 96.2% of them are botters.

It's been like this forever, coal is stable. Besides, 60-75% of the coal in Runescape is generated from the Living Caverns.
