runescape is basically down, everyone or at least most peoples skills are all at 1/1

think they're hotfixing something? maybe implementing something?

Yeah been down for a while now. The RS forums are all in a panic.

Someone said they posted on their FaceBook page about the servers being down and they are working on it, but no official mention on the Forums.

It's funny how people freak out about a little bit of downtime. They need their daily RuneScape fix ASAP.

It must be fine for people already logged in then, because my account is still happily botting away.

^ thats cuz ur already logged in.. I just tried to log in and it says error connecting to server.. Um I believe this may be the New capes or the New clan Camp…

Edit2: My friend said he can log in with an account he just made but not with his main -__- anyone confirm it?

Near enough, but if you have the knowledge and know what you're looking for, they're fairly quick and easy to sort out…I think?

seems like it's gonna be hard. the updates taken longer then usual. does anyone have any idea on what jagex are up to?

The one time I tried to connect I got a different error. One about "our servers our unavailable" or something to that tune.

Depends on if the update is server or client sided, as well as if any of the bytecode patterns used for the hooks change.

Had the same thing, came into lobby, but couldn't go in game cause of a message i couldn't click away.
After that i tried some more logins and eventually i got in the game:) however now i'm out again and can't come in but i'll keep trying :P

It's funny seeing some people on the official facebook complaining that the players who are still online can still get xp and gp and they don't. They want to have the players still online rolld back:duh:

=( I was online.. lol making potions at sw… I just got kicked off 3 seconds ago and now I cant even get back in lobby at all…. Just me n some other guy botting but his bot screwed up bad n it kept telling me go lumby n beg.. when there is no one there..

but yeah wonder who else is left online or if they got kicked off too?

P.S. Its a glitch in the dungeoneering skill apparently.. my ass.. I bet u its cuz they wanna stop the dung bots..

First thing that came to mind was omg I've been IP banned. Nvm, guess someone at Jagex forgot to pay the bills or something

Hmmm I just logged in signed.. first 100 to log in.. I deleted everything cached by jagex, reload smart.. logged in and botting..

P.S. Tried it without deleting, it kept saying error connecting like wtf? Also its like a massive DDos.. a huge lag and disconnects every time..


Note: The reason it was down was the stupid livid farm thing where they left NULL pointers in the game.. check ur adventure log after beating a dungeoneering boss.. u will see "I have defeated NULL NULL NULL NULL"
