He made a donation to me with someone's credit card details. It's quite sad, it was only £20, I would much rather nothing at all. I don't need the hassle of my PayPal account being in question. Please just ban him. I know this has happened before and I hope no one else has to go through it.

Yes. He wanted me to update one of my scripts and offered a donation for my time.
I'm really not bothered about the donation, it's just I've searched his usernames history and he's done similar things with fraud to other people. Hang on I'll link you.
