What cost money? If u mean subscription cards that is something all rsc pservers do, especially rscemulation.

Darscape is a very old rsc server, it's been around for many years, it's not based off any 'source' you'd see today. Marwolf, I think his name is, created it based off the first RSC package-based server, even before RSCD was formed. He's come quite far with his server, especially considering he's the only one developing it.

Are you sure it's the real Black Marwolf? I heard he stopped it all together a long time ago and I've not seen anything to do with him in years. I doubt he's still working with private servers at all.
