SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

There is a character named 454353534535 at Falador East Bank on f2p server 73. He's in the bank just walking around a few tiles inside the bank and supposedly talking to the banker over and over and over. He's been there for 10+ minutes, everyone log in, see, lol at, and report him :].

I was killing guards and he must have accidentally right clicked and followed me.
So, I lead him into the general store, and locked him in there.
It's been about 10 minutes and he's just standing there, still following me… except I'm outside now.

More than likely they are using reflection, so I seriously doubt it.

We should get together and troll the chicken killing bots.

You can lure the 3-4 chickens into the house and close the door and some bots will try to attack them and get stuck.

I always like destroying firemaking bots, they're the easiest. :)

My favorite tool to use is a simple Box Trap. Set this up in their path and they = stuck. Same thing with a cannon.

Just watch out before you do this to legits because they can report you for disruptive behaviour. (I have personally done it too :))

Well that's true. Although I doubt much would happen if you're doing this for a legitimate cause. I sure am. :stirthepot: I'm an FMbot-catching beast.

I only report spammers.
I never ever played legit and my account may have ended up in the same situation so why report? Not that I like other botters, but I dislike legit players.
They tend to mess up things. They do unexpected things … :D
I think I will never fully understand what makes someone play this "game".

I really only do it if they are a lvl-3 / obvious suicide-botter.

It's fun to trap and lolz at bots, but I only report if they're wearing more than 100m worth of stuff and botting rofl, get some kid really mad :p

Was killing Jail Guards on world 41. It's multicombat so I attacked one and lured him into the jailhouse. Once he was inside I closed the door. He's stuck now.

Considering how fast you clicked the buttons on the report screen, I'm guessing you report a lot of bots :p
