SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

So I've been training dungeoneering recently with a java bot.
I'm not super familiar with the skill, but after you leave the floor, you end up on a 2nd story building outside of the entrance.
The particular bot I use (if set up incorrectly) and maybe even other bots when finished do not log you out after finishing, so you end up standing in the room doing nothing (I'm not sure if you get force logged out after X minutes) but pretty much on any world you might see 1+ people just standing in this exact spot for a long time doing nothing, so lol, bots.

Example:

You should time-out of RS after a little bit, due to inactivity… Also ProDungeon is better than UberDungeon.

uhhh my dungeoneering bot logs me out :S Right after its done it logs me out.

Yeah I'd assume so, but I see guys standing there really often, must be a lot of people using dung bots.

Also, thank you for that I've heard the same from many people.

I often see bots standing there also. If they are low level then I report simply for being an idiot, otherwise I leave them be and keep botting myself ;).

That's the spirit! I report highest levels first.

I used ProDungeon to get 5-43 dungeon in a night, and it doesn't have this problem. I will now be reporting idiots it they are standing around for over 10 minutes in the upstairs.

Reporting people who use the same bot as you, only mis-configured? That's a wonderful idea.

Same here, except I don't bot Dungeoneering so I report java bots in other locations, especially the auto nature-crafters. When/if they get banned, it hurts.

That's not at all what I meant by that, but by the way I worded it I guess it did seem fairly arrogant:(

But I still have to say, if somebody is going to bot, they should make sure they do it with minimal risk to themself. It unfortunately is survival of the fittest in the botting world, and the weak will be the first to suffer the wrath of the Ban-Hammer.

Using IDungeonPro, and its fucking bad ass. 1-35 in 12 hours… I even don't know how to set it up correctly cuz I dont know anything about dungeoneering.
