its all good, I understand what your saying :) (I tried scripting but failed :( so I stuck to solid testing :))

Stick with it, you'l learn. Imo, testing is just as important.

But I do feel that people may have/get some sort of hatred towards me due to the fact of not releasing any scripts and getting SRL members :(

Lol Brain doesn't script either. Most SRL Members don't script. I don't script and I'm a member. ;)

Don't worry about it. Whoever chose chose for a reason. They deemed you worthy of the title, so if people want to complain, it's not your fault. :) Enjoy the privilege and show that you deserve it.

To be honest, SRL Members is a title that shows you are a valued member to the community.

Whether it be scripting, helping out, debugging, testing. Looks like you deserved it. :thumbsup:

Welcome and well deserved and what you did is not easier at all.
For example it was easier for me to get in with a script, also faster.
And that time I was having enough time to script(I would still enjoy it) so it was just an after effect(getting member).
So don't feel like you are being "hated".

And believe me, it's always good having a good tester.

True, but what Cyrocism said wasn't offensive, just that there has been more memberships granted for things other than scripting lately.

I've only released 2 scripts, a "Hello World ASCI Art", and a "Thanksgiving Mini-Event Quester", both after I was promoted through the Ranks up to Admin ;)….

I find that a lot move onto things other than RS scripting. I personally don't script anymore for RS, but I'm still an active programming (albeit I'll get flamed for the languages I use :p).

Definitely exactly what an SRL Member should be, a valuable member of the community. Congratulations!

Never scripted, never tried hard at it either. Just try to be a plain old nice guy with a constructive attitude and I try to be helpful. And yes, EVERYONE hates me for it, either that or my beard….they're all jealous.
