What font is Statschar in the Simba/fonts folder?

I'm wondering for a project I am working on

I would assume by the name it is the font of the numbers in the stats game tab

And I think JaGeX made the font, so you wont find it in other text-manipulation programs like MS Word or OpenOffice, unless you find a way to download the font.

Well isn't there a way to convert the bmps to a font like .ttf or something and make your own?

Is there anyway I can get the font by using all the bmp files in the folder?

I need to be able to load it into java
