Keith doesn't even play RS anymore I don't think, pretty sure jme is higher up at mopar and wouldn't do that, and FrancisHelie I don't think would do that.
Bell is a huge ISP, and it's probably someone with a dynamic pool or someone from another bot community.

You can? I didn't think you could as it'd raise privacy concerns (even if it's your own account, some legal nonsense says they can't give older history I think).

Asked some of my friends in Canada, the two who have Bell as an ISP say their IP addresses are dynamic.
and yes bell is a huge company for Canada so narrowing this down with IP alone isn't going to happen

I remember couple years ago that some dude here lives in guelph ontario, can't remember who. Any ways I was just speculating cause there aren't many ontarionians here:P
They can give you their ip and they can also give you ip(s) of all the people that signed up with your credit card (I give some dude sythe a mem for a small service, he tried to scam me now he is banned). Although the j mods here can give us more detail or correct me if am wrong? :P
