I've seen many ~60 hour non-stop progress reports in rsbotting.com that haven't resulted in a ban.

I want to be safe, so I only bot max 8 hours a day with breaks.
How much do you bot?

From when I'm awake till when I sleep would bot more but rather give my pc the break it deserves on the night ;)

I bot on regular hours only. This is an old tip from Mutant Squirrle. He scheduled his bots to work on regular hours. I kinda took over his practice. but that doesnt restrict me from botting on one player for over 8 hours a day.

60 hour reports will result in a ban for sure :D

I stick to 8 hours a day. All of my bans were when I broke that magical barrier a few times.

I do the same as Kave but I also bot on 3-4 SMARTs at the same time (3 different armies).

Yeah i do 8-10 hours. 10 is when I sleep too late to turn off at 8, but because overnight botting only occurs on my members, I feel pretty good about it.

I love the music rsbotting.com uses in that vid. It makes me want to buy things. :)

The most I have botted for long periods (weeks/months) of time was ~24 accounts across ~6 worlds 24/7.

Since only 6 out of 24 accounts are logged in at any one time, they get ~6 hours each per day, but this time is spread across different servers all around the clock.

I usually stick to 8 hours per account per day.

yeah 8-12 hours with breaks but if i do 12hr i take like a full day off. I have gone 72+hrs with Harry's Cave Fighter though :D

I have groups of 6-9 players each that I run for as long as the scripts will go. Generally falls within the 8-14 hour range.

I have 2 Sorc Garden bots bringing in ~8M/day each, maxed melee at abby demons ~600k/hr, and my main on nats.

Why would people report other bots? Douche move imo.

~1900-1950 (range for obv reasons), my main. Dungeoneering is really low, so I'll crack 2000 sometime.

I just restart my script/bots when they break.

If you've seen sorc garden (like 20+ bots on each world), then either they are deliberately looking the other way for members $ purposes or they are just amassing a huge ban wave.

Army of 9 set to 4 hour max turns.

I dont think they would set up such a large ban wave, that would make the non botting player base unhappy.

I only have 1 account that I really play, and that's my main. I put a good amount of real time into it, and I only bot what I can with either scripts I make or free bots that i feel trustworthy (aka wont get me banned) from rsbot. I feel that the large amounts of legit play have warded off some of the overbotting I may have done.

Probably massing. Whats a better way to make money than to convince people that they won't get banned and bring back free trade? Botters will go p2p because it makes more money, then transfer it to their mains. They can sell some of the GPs for PINs. In the end, Jagex makes loads more money. Mass ban after they've made a satisfactory amount.

I could see some legits being opposed to mass bans also.

Totally jacks up the economy probably, maybe not in fact, but in what people would imagine. Raw materials would shoot up.

They always threaten though and said they could handle the free trade release and ban the bots :p.

I sell gold so I still make my $, I'm happy.

longest I have botted is 60 hours :) (harry's slinger) and I think a 70+ hour on harry's fight caver! resulted in only a 10 day ban hahaha after I had already got 99 strength and like 95 attack :p

I usually bot whenever im on a comp, so that it doesn't look too much bot like and not in a specific time slot. :D

I follow the 8 hour a day norm, no breaks though.

12-14 hours, play legit for 2-3 hours, havent been banned, and dont plan on being banned.

Never bot on my main account, though I rarely play on it. I have a 10 character army going right now, get about 2-3 hours a day on each of them.

i also suicide like smurg =p. never gotten account banned before 0.0 …ever…maybe i just pick good scripts.. 24/7 on 1 acc. diff stuff like maybe il do combat for a few hrs and maybe agil a few hrs….and i solve randoms myself the first 3-5 ish and then they just stop comming for like 15 hrs lol. no breaks. its a slave.

24/7 no bans except 1
