Time zone feature request

I'd be nice to be able to change the time zone on stats.villavu.com. Or at least append a timezone to the commit time.

Currently like this:
Sun Feb 27 06:00:41 2011
I want this:
Sun Feb 27 06:00:41 2011 UTC
or if possible,
Sun Feb 27 06:00:41 2011 EST
etc.

Wizzup?

I suppose that sounds like a good idea. I'll have to take a look at the Python time functions.
