SRL Archive - Reflection Help

Is there an easy way in Reflection to detect if an item in your inventory is selected?

When you click an item the picture changes to indicate it has been selected. Trying to figure out how to detect that. Would solve some lag issues I'm having if I could just wait until that is detected.
