What does the function minE do?

You can see it used in WindMouse here:

 wind:= minE(wind, dist);

I have no idea what it does though :/

I thought that was obvious :) But yeah, good that you said it.

It returns the lowest of the two extendeds you input

a = 0.1
b = 0.2
c = min(a, b) = 0.1
