Opinion about this RWT detection...

I believe Jagex looks at the Ip addresses between big item trades to see if you are likely Rwting or not.

For an example: If you get 20m from some dude you've only made contact with for the first time then the chances of you getting flagged for suspicion are pretty high…But no ban unless it escalates. They may also look at the chat logs etc.

If you get like 100m from an account that has an ip address from China you may likely face a ban.

Common sense I know, but somethin to think about.

Doubt it.

What if you have a friend over/family member, and give him goods/gp that's same IP (From same house hold at least). Very likely.

And even if you are talking about dual logging and doing it on the same machine, maybe the person only has 1 computer, and wants to give something to a friend/family member.

E: Good one Flight, kind of knew that but thanks for bringing it up. I'm going to add all of my accounts to each other!

Thats what I forgot to add. If Jagex sees you getting 100m from your other personal account they probably wont do anything. Its probably good to add your known accounts however. But if they see you getting 120m from someone in Europe or China then they will have to raise eyebrows. But of course they look at other things first. If you made contact with the person before, etc.

Country might factor into RWT flags, but I've seen many many sites that deal with individual player auctions, and they're within the major countries like US/UK.

This.

Plus chat with your other char when trading, Sometimes PM's some times public. That's what I do anyways. Just a quick ~5 line dialogue to make it look legit. (Funny, I know…Talking to yourself on an internet game >.<)

Back in the days of the Remote Control (RC.scar) we actually held private convos between bots. We had a Chatbase-database with prewritten convos. Those were fired at runtime.
