The nose needs some work; I think it's a little small. The right eye seems to lack the depth and luster that the left one has, and the eyebrows are not too bad, but they could use a little more work. I really like the hair on the left side and the left eye has a lot of character in it. Looks very nice overall.

I wish I knew graphics. :( I seem to be a master of MS Paint :D I've used Gimp for a while and some of Coral Draw, but graphics is something I'd like to really learn one day.
Great job on the painting, amazing how people can make such realistic graphics on the computer, I've seen some of the others. 10/10 bud.

Looks good but like bbri said the left side has more color and depth to it than the right. Missing a couple of color underneath the eye where the eye shadow/eyeliner whatever it is lol.
The left eyelash looks clumpy, like she put more masscara on that side rather than the right.
the right its more evenly spread. except the bottom eyelashes on the right. Looks like she's missing a couple there.
Overall quality i will give it a 8/10 as it can be better.
but since its a first i will give a 10/10.

Very nice! 9/10 though I can't think of anyway to make it better. I would have a hard time attempting something of the magnitude.
