can anyone explain how it exactly works, and how to do it; as in what are all of the functions for it

First draw onto a bitmap, then use DrawBitmapDebugImgWindow(Bitmap) to draw the bitmap onto the debug img window :)

A list over bitmap functions can be found in the functions tab to the left on Simba
