SRL Archive - OSR Help

I know find object custom finds text between ['text 1', 'text 2']. But I encountered a problem with uptext like this.
"Follow Follower83 (Level 133)" or "Follow Follow You83 (Level 133)"
I want the name after the first follow, but how I do flush it out this first 7 (or x) character and text after (?

EDIT: For those of you that are interested, I solved the first part using this.

EDIT 2; You can solve it by delete and copy (See link above) and findobject custom. Although if any one has more efficient methods do please tell :P
