Anyone and anything is allowed to enter
That's right! Both members and juniors are allowed to enter (ssrl/dev will be judged with members, but I hope they can sacrifice some of their prize money to faithful members).
Teams are also allowed! Keep in mind that teams will have to split the prize, as only one reward per script will be handed out. Also, teams of maximum 4 persons are preferred.

Any script is allowed to enter! (With the exception of MSI)
No harsh limitations! Prior art is allowed, but it would be lame if you submitted your woodcutter that has been out there for over two years and then expect me to judge you fairly. I will be a bit more strict for those kind of scripts.
Reflection is allowed but disadvantaged for the judging (you can get more points with a colour-only script, reflection got a few point caps).
MSI scripts are not allowed, just stand-alones.

A majority of your code has to be own work
I won't kill you for lending one or two functions, but they will have to be creditted properly and will not be judged. Using them in some brilliant way could be rewarded but only in extremely outstanding cases.
Of course, ripping 80% of MSI's skilling function isn't the way to go and will be severely punished in the scripting category (you can try it, if it runs fine you might get some points for runtime and you will get an honourable mention if it runs better than MSI does. You won't really compete for the prize though).

No cheating
Use your own brains, I won't like it if you steal other's work/brilliant ideas or keylog them. Breaking this rule will lead to disqualification.

See, they are pretty lenient. But I just want a bit of community fun, the competition is just an added bonus :p
