GUYS THIS IS NOT GOOD!!
i clicked on the 12 and under tab when creating a new account and it says
"Sorry, you already told us you were under 13 and we stopped you from opening an account. We really meant it!"
wtf!??!
am i ip banned because opening and closing the window and browser doesnt work…. so in one word….
HELP!!!!!!!!

For all the know your little borther wanted to make an account.
The message you saw just mean "You are under 13, you cant create a NEW ACCOUNT"
Just go back, make it 13+ and your fine, Nothing should be wrong with your main accounts and no need to reset your modem or whatever.

You can wait 24 hours and retry…. worked for me… I think my router resets my IP Addresses though =\

That age limitation is based on a cookie, not your IP address. Clear cookies for runescape domains = fixed.
you know you have to 13 to make a account if you read the terms (scan them) its tell you so it is pretty much a test to see if you read the terms of argreement lol
