I have two xboxes, if i flash one and put my gamertag on a usb stick and never go online with the flashed xbox, only using the non flashed xbox to play online games and using the usb stick to transfer my gamer profile from one to the other, is there anyway Microsoft can catch me and ban me?
Nope. If you don't go Online with Flashed one, they have no chance to ban you :)

Make sure the flashed drive is spoofed for the same firmware as the original xbox harddrive you got when you bought your 360. Then you can play live with no problems
Just move the HDD (if you have one) from the LIVE Xbox to the flashed one. Also, how many games do you buy a year?

How many games do i buy a year? Not a lot, my brother buys most of them, but we have well over 40 games brought put together i think.
Also another question, will these discs be alright to burn the games on: Verbatim 43666 DVD+R, 8x, 8.5GB, Dual Layer.

Yea I used the Verbatim blahblah 8.5gb Dual layer cds for when I modded GTA IV.
