I planned on getting this account 99fm, 99wc, and whatever I felt like leaving the mining at, then selling it. Also have thought about making it a PK/Staking account, though now I'm not sure with the lvl 2 skills. Either way, I will most likely sell this at some point (feel free to make an offer ;))

Just like for some input from actual RS players.

I would leave it a low level skills "pure". But thats cause I've never been into pk'ing/dueling or combat in general.

99 in all the f2p non combat skills. That's easy enough with some time.

I probably play a total of an hour out of a year, that's why I said I was looking for input from actual RS players. ;) Right now I just have a few skiller accounts. Highest combat lvl is 77 lol.

I would say 50 only those stats and no wealth.

I would get all the non-combat skills on f2p as high as you can, and mining at least to $85. Then get some combat skills.
