"Incorrect Payment Window for PIN" is commonly either one of two things:
You do not have the correct region or payment type for the pin
or
The pin supplier went over the monthly amount of three pins and the pin that gave that error will become enabled again after three or so months.

Lol I know, and I just clicked it again instead of the quote button. Guess it's more attractive. Actually I was at first going to post a request along with the promise of a free pin, but I couldn't figure out what script I wanted so I just posted 'em here :)
