iiuc, I think jagex moved the uptext, but that would just cause it to not find it…
Maybe they moved the window so that the co-ordinates are out of range of the applet?

This is the first time I have gotten it, but this is the first time I ran a script after the update.

It's not really a bug; it means the client no longer or exists or changed handle. :)
Although Simba generally shouldn't throw it; because if the client doesn't exist anymore, it will default to the desktop window. When did you get it? Perhaps you're targetting OpenGL runescape? Just a guess…
