I was wondering if i was possible to make an SRL Gold Market.
i would be willing to spend about 1.50/M if anybody can offer it to me
and if not we should open up an SRL gold market :D

There is called the black market but is members +
There is already a market in the SRL Member+ territory. I don't think they will allow a public market due to the chance of scamming going on.

Earn members, I don't think SRL will have a public one anytime soon.
^ I think there was a discussion thread in Members a while ago about moving the BM to public, but it got turned down because of the increased risk of scamming.
