Hey, sorry if this has gotten awnsered befor. I am really interested in joining this community, and really getting into RS autoing. My only problem comes with steam. If anyone plays and Valve games, or mabye black ops, or any other games that use the VAC, anti cheat detector, do you guys know if using these botting programs can get me VAC banned? Really only appys if you have a steam accont and also auto, if anyone falls into this catagory please give me an awnser : (

I've used SCAR/Simba for CS to create an aimbot and I didn't get banned. I was using MoveMouse too

Not by any chance.
First: we don't do anything in areas that vac checks.
Second: We do not alter any system file.
Third: This(cheating in rs) has nothing to do at all with steam and vac.

I have been botting in rs in the past AND playing in vac games at the same time if the above points doesn't concern you enough. Nothing happened, you can happily auto without worrying about vac.

video game hacks that " hackdetectors" check for change system files and alter memory etc.. nothing on this site does anything close to that.

It shouldn't. If you want to be 100% safe, just don't have the program open when playing on VAC secured servers. Unlike Punkbuster, VAC doesn't scan your HDD for cheats, it only scans running processes.
