a while ago(like 6-8 months ago) i had built a pc. it crashed about a month later so i sent it to comp place for fixing. when i had the money to get it back(months later) i got it and ran it. it ran ok and i dont remember if i noticed whether it was slow or not. it crashed within a few hours. i tried reinstalling but it always crashed during install… so i had a tech guy i knew fix it. he said it was my faulty hard drive causing the problem. turns out he was right. replaced the hard drive and my pc stopped crashing. the tech guy had installed a game he thought i would like on it so i played it. when i played the game i had an average fps of like 2-4. horrible

when i built the pc, it ran games amazingly. these are my specs, and im pretty sure they r good:

<i would post my specs here but i cant right click anywere while my game is running>
so how do i view my specs without right clicking anywer? i cant leave the game for a while =o

Note: the fourth paragraph on main page should be rewritten it sounds weird. all sentences are same length. fifth paragraph says 'axtively begin developd' which should be actively being developed' :P

What type of processor do you have, how old is it (Is it a hand down?), what type of graphics card you have? (If you remember the name) and how old is that? Also how much physical memory do you happen to have? Also, what's your operating system and what's the bit type?

And when was the last time you happened to do the following:
Scan your computer with a serious program like "HijackThis"
Cleaned out the insides of the computer with a compressed air can and about an hour of time? I mean really got the dust and all of that out. That stuff can seriously slow down a computer.

Can you download that and tell me the specific specs of your computer, please?

Also: Again, how often do you clean your computer out thoroughly?

What games are you playing that you get low FPS in? A 9600 is pretty old bro…
