Right now every colour is tested individually against the screen, if the colour matches by some algorithm (CTS & Tolerance) the pixel is added to the result array.
What if one tests the surrounding pixels as well (with some fancy algorithm) before it adds the pixel to the array? Could reduce the noise in your result array 'n possibly make object finding a little bit easier.

sounds cool………
call it cts 4 while u're at it :p

It sounds quite slow, though. I believe your suggestion is more of an end user issue.

Sounds extremely slow… Idk if it would be worth it

Speed vs Accuracy, it would be like 8 times slower than FindColorsTolerance, so that's not the issue.
I just think it might generate some more accurate results. Most of the image-algorithms base their results on multiple pixels, really.

Most, if not every, object is detectable with CTS2. The rare occasions where I can't use CTS2 are when the thing I'm finding is literally the exact same texture and colors as the surrounding area such as the caves in the abyss or the levers in the abyss random.
Such suggestions have been made before, FindColorComp etc. but I have never found a practical use or advantage to them, if they ever even worked to begin with. I'd really like to see proof of concept, but if you're going to use some alg that compares to surrounding pixels that really isn't a variation of CTS, so please do not call it CTS "4" as that is bad naming. CTS's involve comparison with color space ranges.

I'm not really interested in Runescape specific stuff, just wanting to develop another searching algorithm ;-).
