So, I want to add a ``user setup'' type deal, but into SRL.
This would allow someone to create their army much like the old Users form then load them all and move on. It would also allow us to maintain random states etc.
We need access in Scripts to modifying XML files. Preferably using the ``settings'' methods.
Since we all know INI's suck, lets use XML :)
