Anyway, I haven't been here since 2008.. Now I'd like to start autoing again. But NOT on my main as that's too much to risk however, I'm wondering if they ban a noob of mine whether my main can be punished(PERM BANNED)?
If so, can simba be set up to run through a proxy or something?

Omly on highly exceptional occasions Jagex reverts to IP Banning. Macroing on the same IP as your main does link the two accounts however.
For what it is worth: Accounts that have never macroed are not banned through a broad IP ban. Know that, been there.

They have linked ip accounts for me in the past. Back when we had trade free trade and the wildly. I think we got given a few days/weeks before the changes came into place. So I moved all my bots's goods to my main (which I had never autoed on before) and everyone got banned. But as Fakawi said, this only happens on rare occasions and since it's difficult to proxy through RS (I guess you could use a VPN but meh) then you shouldn't worry too much about it.
