Is it possible to gather perfect information?

So I was wondering while in the shower today (they say all good ideas come in the shower, or something) and I got to thinking that it would likely be possible to collect the perfect data from a person who is legit doing the activity of a script.

Example:

I click a fishing spot - The script anticipates this and collects data about the area - Object finding associated. Could be colours of the area, TPA data backed by reflection data of the area that was clicked.

After doing this a few times, I have a full inventory. I walk to the bank. The script collects data of each point (colour related, radials, TPA counts as well as reflection points) to allow me to recreate this walking

I must now bank. The script collects data the same way as the fishing spot.

Walking back goes the same as walking there, the script could collect detailed data based on where I have clicked.

Repeat.

My question is:
Is a system like this possible? If so, it would allow us to make nearly perfect scripts off of this information. It would be extremely worthwhile for random solving, and would be an ultimate aid for scripters.

It's quite simple, really. I've been messing around with stuff like this for awhile, and it's pretty cool.

However, I don't like the idea of recording a person and then "mimicking" it. So, instead, how I've been (very slowly) implementing stuff like this is that mouse functions, walking, timing, etc. will all have one very direct path. After that, each point (as the loop increases from point A to point B) will have a line which it can click in. After each click it Inc's a var and then continues. The higher the var, the smaller the line is, so the more accurate and concise the script will get as it runs. Of course, it adds a RandomRange of acceptable leeway, so that it will never reach the direct path, pixel for pixel.

It's a little more complex than that, but it actually will eventually check the past few (5-20, dunno yet) points to see how the direction is, so that it doesn't zig zag around.

By the way, I plan on implementing this into SPyRL before SRL or anything, so yeah. :p I have a lot of goodies I want to make for SPyRL that will hopefully make it quite awesome. (Anticipation is one of my most complicated (in my head) methods thus far, but will definitely be the coolest in my opinion. Basically, for anyone who cares, rather than checking to see if something is true or false (checking to see if it's own the map/you can visually see it), it will anticipate that it'll be correct and change the angle and height of the camera etc. depending on direction etc. I really want SPyRL to be totally different from SRL, and hopefully will spark some ideas for SRL6.)

This sounds perfectly feasible and I can't even speculate on the difficulty. It could be very simple… Definitely deserves more thought.

E: What is SpyRL?

E2: I'll send you that script as soon as I finish this MTGO draft yeww.

@Ian

I was thinking more recording and storing/updating lists of data based on a legit player doing an action over and over on different worlds (updating colours) etc and then comparing this data to that of a script, and refining the results of the script until they virtually match that of a human, it would make the script nearly 100% like a human, although it would take a lot more effort on the scripter's part.

Well I'm planning to structure SPyRL (SRL Python Resource Library, Kitchen) to be about human behavior and scripting ease, so the scripter wouldn't have to do any fancy things really (ofc. they could go above and beyond ;)) to have a very human-like script.

Heres something that is similar of grabbing the information, and saving it. http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61522

That walks with reflection though ( Not really what your talking about :p). I'm going to take a look at this :p.

You mean macro recorder ? that fails lol.

I'm not talking about recording the coords and then using them. If you'd read even the post above you then you'd understand what I mean.

I mean recording all of the things happening at all times. Info of the player's clicks, info of the player's tiles, animations, mouse movements, anything that happens when you're playing RS. The script would have a rough outline of everything that should happen anyway, so it wouldn't be like writing a script from scratch just by playing the game, that would never work. It would help refine a script to make it 100% like a human and flawless.

Yeah ! i was thinking of this at point too, it would a pretty cool thing to have. But id make it somewhat diffirent, like have a form and go through steps in which making so called a woodcutter. like step one, would be walk to the trees (and obv the script watches what you click, where you click and records certain stuff.), step 2, cutting and stuff (records, uptextes and colours etc). and like you tick fields on the form on which object finding method or walking method to use etc. would be a cool thing for new scripters or just quickly being able to make a script.
