Okai, so I was thinking about this today when i was in class lol (yes i do sometimes become really nerdy and think about Runescape haha), well i am going to list the pros and cons of Wilderness as today:

Pros:
-Good Loots sometimes depending on DP and EP.

-Automatically find fights (Targets in BH worlds).

-Item automatically saving and no need worrying of SMITE (i'm a huge fan of Dclaws.)

- There are alot more but those are the main ones i can think of as right now!


Cons:
-Wait too long to find a fight and for ep/dp (waste too much time basically).

-Hard to have fun and good legit multi fights well especially for my levels.

-Loots are unfair sometimes, say we find a idiot with a Mask in wilderness we kill and literally get like 50k worth of items.

-1 Itemers.

Old Wilderness:

Pros:
- The Thrill of finding someone loaded and getting their items <3

- Luring <3

- Multi Pking will get fun as it use to be!

- More people will join! <3

Cons:

- Loots maybe won't be as much!

- Missing BH and PVP.

- NO targets.





Now Les talk about the Trade/Stakes:

Pros:
-Transfer easily.

-Back to Armies for us botters <3

-Make merchant easy

-within seconds become really rich by staking <3

Cons:

-abuse of Prices on items.

-No more Grand Exchange Merchanting </3

Conclusion:
So basicailly I am saying is it worth it? i mean i like the trading/staking rule totally rocks, but again if you are a pker than this update maybe a bit ehhh , it will probably take a whole day to make the $ you make a day from pking as today.

Yes. :) I always liked F2P PKing with a rune pure.

I could care less about pking - which is evident by the stats of my players. HOWEVER, I want this back desperately, because armies will make a comeback, and SRL is pretty much the only army-supporting bot (AFAIK).

Really when it comes back I can't wait to go ftp pking. I remember the good old times seriously it was so much funner.

well like i remember it was quite tough to get over 1.5m you know for me a day sometimes i would hit 2m+ a day but all depends on the opponent.

as today like loots depend on the EP/DP so like 1 kill will automatically be like 1m.
i'll take today as a example, i made 1.6m in literally 3 hrs.

So it's really like a shaky thing but it'll sure bring the thrill back into the game <3


and yes this update will surely help SRL and every other Runescape Botting websites out A LOT! i would love to transfer all my earnings to my main account.

Wow your so lucky tbh. I have 3m dp at least and I get 35-50k drops @ 25-50 ep. ITS A PAIN…:fiery:

If there was another option that was like, "I want the trade but I don't care about PKing", I'd choose that ;).

^ +1. I don't really care about the pking bit.

PKing kinda always sucked since RS2, it wasn't so bad for the first little bit of RS2 though.

Staking is way better and the rush is higher imo. Nowhere else can you gain or lose 2 party hat sets in a minute.

Hell yeah I want this update. I've been waiting 3 years for this shit to happen. Finally Fagex opens up it's eyes and finds out something good they should do, even if they have something suspicious about this. Rs isn't Rs without Old Wildy And Free Trade. 'Nuff said.

I think its worth it. As I am a major botter. Also I don't think we will be able to abuse the prices as much as we used to before the change. The grand exchange will be there. Also I bet the price of the items will be displayed at the bottem like they are now still so you can't scam a noob or anything, but still BOTTING. I can finally give the millions I have on some of my botters to my main.

I really don't care that much :) Voted Yes anyway.

^ Me too. After new wildy, you'll have targets everywhere in the wilderness, and bh and pvp were implemented for the removal of old wildy

I don't believe it's silly at all… I was basing this toward the Wilderness mainly… the trade is a huge plus for us although the wilderness is the thing i was trying to aim.

and idk about you but it's quite hard to find legit fights that will give you a good percentage of a good loot… so Targets are in a way a good thing… and I will sure miss PVP/BH… so idk how you see those as 'fail' mate.

As a bot we're better than ever, but ever since free trading was removed the activity here has been nothing like what it used to be. Which is understandable. But if this update happens, there will be a lot more people autoing, and a lot more new people wanting to auto, and since we're the safest and best way to bot, in time we will get activity like the old days again.:spot:

Somewhere, one of the mods said that BH may be re-used (my guess is they'll put it back in the wildy volcano.)

Keyword is `may'. :) We've been doing fine without it… for year(s)?

I think it will go the wrong way again. Java bots are still very prominent. They won't be able to stop them from flooding the game with their current techniques. So I think they have some new technique coming to stop (Java) bots.

Maybe something like the code posted here? I remember seeing a code snippet from some of the smart and detectability threads that said Jagex could bust them all in only 2 lines of code or something like that.. If this is the case then I'll be so happy! More resources and money to color bots :stirthepot:

I meant java silly me :p, but still it they stop reflection at the same time, and smart :( So how did you guys get round losing the mouse before smart? Or did you just leave your pc on and auto over night? Or has there always been smart?

At the beginning we used "Silent mouse" which was an feature in SCAR. JaGeX made some changes that stopped this feature. After that we had to give SCAR control over the mouse, and later on SMART was made.

for people with a powerful enough of a machine, this shouldn't be an issue because you can install a VM and bot on. It's what i do when i use a RiD bot, since it doesn't have its own client.

I got past it by just giving up on using my computer for a while, but hey better use the most of what we have now while we still can! :)

BUT if this two line code is true then maybe jagex figure that with free trade and pking back the economy might possibly be able to stay stable without bots, the thought of this scares me :S I love SMART too much!! haha

We lived without minimizing things for a while. If having the option to minimize a client is wiped out it wont affect us because we can still use the mouse. Unlike all Java bots, which afaik would be gone.

i disagree with the pking, but the trading is epic :)

as for pking, im in love with the concept of pking worlds, all i want is the old loot system to return.

TBH the loots lately are sick…
