I'm what I would consider knowledgeable with computers so I'm pretty sure this isn't my mistake but don't quote me on it. I'm using Microsoft 7 Home Premium. When I ran the Simba installer I didn't run it as Administrator which may solve these problems.
After installing Simba most if not all of the includes were named with the .scar extension. After noticing I switched them manually to .simba. About halfway through I noticed the Associate File Extensions option only to find out that a) it comes up with errors unless run as an Administrator, and b) after giving the program Administrator rights, it proceeded to rename them as .scar extension and associate them with Simba.
I have it working for me now after showing file extensions and renaming all of my includes with .simba, but others may have the same problem.
