No, more needs to be said. Please post as to why you think he should be memberized (with links).

It looks like he might be an older member returning on a different account.

I've asked about this, the IP doesn't match any others. So they're hiding it well.

Also, a first year computer science course would teach someone to be a master at Pascal, plain and simple. I learned more in my *Computer science for engineers* course in 3 months than I had learned in the first 3 years here. Someone with prior knowledge of computer programming could easily pick it up.

Unfortunately this is not true at all. I'm currently in my third year and the programming-skills level among first and second year students is sad. Some third years students aren't too good at programming. But then again, Computer Science is much more than just programming.

Instant members in less than a month?

Let him apply like everyone else.

Well, less than a month is quite instant. ;)

Perhaps it was just my class then? I am in engineering but the class was entirely devoted to programming. We were taught in MATLAB which has generally the same operators, syntax, etc as Simba has. By the end we had learned enough that we understood loops, arrays, functions, etc. I think anyone in that class (who passed of course) could have become a member if they applied themselves for a month - similar to Train's situation.
