the bios file are the system core files.

That's kinda mean :p

Emulators are to ROMs what Game Consoles are to Carts/Disks.

Emulators = What you play the game in.

ROMs = The game.

But yeah, you'll get a much clearer discription if you :google:

I got caught with PJ64 on my flash drive at school and they got pissed at me for "stealing".

Almost every kid there has it though so they didn't do anything about it… but I did lose my flash drive :(

seaking that seems like some bullshit to me. PJ64 is just an emulator so unless you had some roms with it I don't see any way that you could have gotten in any trouble. That's like the RIAA suing you because you have a program that can play mp3's on your computer but you don't have any pirated music.

If you need anything such as roms, psone iso files, or anything at all that pertains to emulation then try out http://www.emuparadise.org/ the site really doesn't give you that many things to download itself but the torrent tracker for the site has EVERYTHING.

if you need ps2 bios pm me.. i got Europe, Japan, and U.S. ones. but ya the ps2 emulator u mentioned or someone mentioned is still in development and only can play some games.
